Participants are scheduled to meet at the Megaron Athens International Conference Centre at 7:50 AM on 8 June 2026. They will be accompanied to Sotiria Hospital by local committee nurses Dimitra Tsimpouki, Maria Natsiou, and Eirini Anastasopoulou. Transportation will be provided via the Athens metro system.
