PRE-PAID REGISTRATION FOR ONSITE PARTICIPANTS
Print your name badge at any Self Check-In station located in the registration area during hours listed below.
You can check in using one of the following options:
✅ Scan the barcode from this email or your Personal Area in the mobile app
✅ Use Face Recognition (available if you uploaded a photo during registration)
Please ensure you wear your name badge at all times during sessions and events.
FACULTY REGISTRATION DESK
If you are a Committee Member or Faculty Member, you do not need a barcode letter, instead we shall wait for you at the VIP Faculty Desk to provide you with your name badge.

Welcome Reception
All registered delegates are invited to join the Onsite Welcome Reception on Sunday, June 7, in the Exhibition Area. Please note that it is not possible to bring accompanying persons to this event – Only registered delegates.

Prescriber / Non-Prescriber
Support from pharmaceutical partners helps make this event possible. As such, it is important that we comply with the various codes and directives relating to the manufacturing, distribution, and marketing of pharmaceutical products. The Human Medicine Regulations 2012, (clauses 294-300) and the European Union directive (2001/83/EC, article 86) provide guidelines relating to medicinal products for human use. Within these guidelines is the restriction that access to pharmaceutical product marketing activities must be limited to only those participants licensed/authorised to prescribe or supply medicinal products.
All participants, with the exception of the exhibitors, are asked the following question during registration: Are you licensed/authorised to prescribe or supply prescription only medicines?
Within the virtual event platform healthcare professional authorised to prescribe prescription medicines will be recognized with the letter P (Prescriber) indicated after their names.
Within the virtual event platform, all exhibitors (booth admins) will be recognized with the letter E (Exhibitor) indicated after their names.

Liability & Insurance
Please do not leave bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside the session halls. Hotels strongly recommend that you use their safety deposit boxes for your valuables.
The ESTS 2026 Meeting Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
Giuest Attendance Policy
All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibit hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas.
Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.
